Complaint

Have we forgotten to call you back? Or have you been waiting a long time for us to answer your question? Sometimes, unfortunately, things go wrong.

If this happens, you can file a complaint with us. Below we’ll explain how you can do this.

Filing a complaint

Are you not happy with the way you’ve been treated by one of Fijnder’s employees? You can report this to us by filling in the complaints form. You can do this digitally (on the website) or by post. Or you can deliver it to us in person.

What happens after you’ve filed your complaint?

Once we receive your complaint, we’ll get to work immediately. A Fijnder team manager will contact you within 5 working days to talk to you. And together we’ll find a  solution. After that, if you’re still not happy with the way your complaint has been handled, you can report this to the National Ombudsman.
