The Open Government Act (Woo) states that government information must be made public as much as possible. For example, you have the right to information about the policy and decisions of Fijnder. Fijnder actively informs its clients about this through press releases, local papers, and its website. The principle of the Woo is that government information is public and easily accessible.

- Official publications of the Government Gazette, the Government Newspaper, the Treaty Gazette and the Joint Regulations Gazette can be found at officialannouncements.nl
- On the municipal websites of Winterswijk, Oost Gelre en Berkelland you will also find important information.

You can make a Woo request digitally with an e-form submit or you can here Forms page. Download the form and mail it to our postal address: P.O. Box 109, 7140 AC Groenlo. Clearly indicate that this is a Woo request.
