Fijnder offers and expands opportunities for people distanced from the labor market. This is called "socially inclusive entrepreneurship." We are committed to this every day, and it is at the heart of our work.
Our workshop employs people with physical, intellectual, or psychological disabilities. These people can only work in a sheltered environment, under adapted circumstances. They require more guidance and sometimes adjustments to their workspace. Providing this guidance and adjustments is not possible for a regular employer. In the workshop of Fijnder Everyone can participate! Just the way it should be.
