Fijnder has a general and an executive board.
General administration
Members of the general board are:

The general board meets at least three times a year. In 2026, they will meet on: February 23, March 30, June 29, September 14, and December 21 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The meeting on February 23 will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. These meetings are open to the public and will be held in the building of Fijnder, Battery 12 in Groenlo.
Executive Committee
The Executive Board consists of members elected by and from the General Board:
- Ria Leliveld (on behalf of the municipality of Berkelland)
- Ellen Dusseldorp (on behalf of the municipality of Oost Gelre)
- Elvira Schepers-Janssen (on behalf of the municipality of Winterswijk)
The Executive Board meets monthly. These meetings are not public. The Executive Board's decisions are public.
