Assistance with recruitment, selection and aftercare
WSPA has a large and diverse pool of job seekers eager to work. These include young people, people over 50, those with refugee status, and people with disabilities. WSPA helps employers hire these job seekers. There is also a dedicated Cross-Border team that assists with recruitment and selection in the border region.
In addition to recruitment, selection, and aftercare, WSPA also assists employers with other questions related to employment. These may include questions about contracts, absenteeism management, training, or subsidy options.
