16 participants took part. They attended 13 weeks of classes and training.

In Groenlo, the renovated work-learning workplace of Fijnder Festively opened. The place where people work and develop every day has been redesigned to better meet the needs of employees.

From January 1, 2026, you may receive more support from others, without affecting your social assistance benefits.

- You may receive up to €1.200 in gifts per year.

Today, Gewoon D'ran also launched in the municipality of Oost Gelre. The trainers from Brichbouw Sportondersteuning enthusiastically welcomed the group of participants at the VV Erix complex in Lievelde. Over the next 26 weeks, they will actively work on improving their fitness, strength, and endurance. Themes such as teamwork and perseverance will also be addressed, and later in the program, they will try out various sports.

Cedris interviewed our colleague Nicole Hofland about the "Snel Start" pilot program. In this pilot program, we're collaborating with partners to explore how motivated, promising asylum seekers can quickly find work during their asylum application process.

On November 18, 2025, there was another "join-the-table" event: a fun and educational afternoon where young people got to work in the kitchen alongside consultants. A delicious menu was prepared: a caprese tart with mozzarella and tomato, pesto pasta with homemade pesto, and to finish, strawberry ice cream.

In October, a new group launched in Berkelland with Gewoon D'ran, the program in which residents work on their development by taking action: moving, collaborating, and taking steps.

The program consists of training, learning about lifestyle and working towards the next step, such as education, a work experience placement or paid employment.

Fijnder is starting to implement its plan "Towards a future-proof work-study environment." This will gradually transform the existing workplace into an environment where learning, working, and development go hand in hand.
