What happens after you have reported a complaint?
When we receive a complaint, we take immediate action. A team leader from Fijnder will contact you within 5 business days and discuss the matter with you. We will work together to find a solution. If you are still not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you can report to the National Ombudsman.
