How much is the allowance?
The amount of the individual income supplement varies by municipality. The table below shows how much you receive in your municipality.

When are you entitled to the individual income supplement?
Whether you are entitled to the allowance depends on your situation.
Terms & conditions
You are eligible if you:
- You are 21 years or older, but do not yet have a pension
- had an income at social assistance level in the past 36 months
- Do you live in Berkelland? Your income may not be higher than 105% of the social assistance standard.
- Do you live in Oost Gelre → your income may not be higher than 115% of the social assistance standard
- Do you live in Winterswijk? Your income may not be higher than 130% of the social assistance standard.
- your assets in the past 36 months were not higher than the asset limit:
- Single: €8.000
- Single parent: €16.000
- Married/cohabiting: €16.000
- have no prospect of income improvement
- have not received any allowance in the past 12 months
- do not receive a contribution through the Education Contribution and School Costs Compensation Act (WTOS) or through student financing

- Fijnder looks at your situation.
- You will receive a letter (decision) with our decision within 8 weeks.
- This states whether or not you receive the allowance.
